Every little click helps! 3/5/2013 â€" Currently, the Realtek audio package, once installed, disables key click sounds for the type/touch cover. Please take note of this before installing it! The audio package cannot be fixed without some major editing of some dll files and we feel that would present too much uncertainty in this situation. The issue seems to actually be caused by the Surface Touch Cover Audio driver and not the Realtek package. The audio package is now a separate download and is NO LONGER included in the COMPLETE package. The Realtek driver contains an equalizer, audio presets and a vastly superior audio experience in contrast to the built in Surface HD Audio driver built by Microsoft! .
